Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC for an Executive at Mummas Castella. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic initiatives, managing teams, ensuring product quality, and driving company growth. Additionally, the Executive will engage with stakeholders, represent the company at events, and ensure adherence to company values and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in leadership, management, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in product development, quality assurance, and safety regulations
  • Understanding of the retail market and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, VIC
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
  • Relevant degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the crafting or family-oriented product industry is beneficial
