**Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bartending experience: 2+ years.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Australian work authorization.
