About the role:
As our Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting with all administration tasks such as timesheet management, rosters, ordering PPE, handling customer enquiries, and supporting field staff with a range of tasks, including technological issues and a vast range of other administrative duties. Our Victorian team is based in Port Melbourne. You will liaise with key stakeholders and customers to ensure a high level of customer service is provided.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensuring all work orders are captured in the system
- Organising customer inductions and medicals for field staff
- Raising purchase requests for uniforms, stationery, parts, labour, etc.
- Providing customers with periodic performance reports
- Maintaining and reviewing timesheets for payroll
- Customer invoicing
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a service-based industry
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask multiple priorities
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- A desire for growth and to expand your knowledge and skillset
