We have an excellent contract for a Change Manager within a Data Program. You will also be pivotal in the Learning and Development uplift for this program, helping drive the team and bring the business users along on the change and learning experience.

This is an exciting and critical program within in a fast pace employer of choice - you will enjoy acting at the intersection of business, organisational change and stakeholder engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as a Change Manger across large complex data programs. You will be working with the adoption of the data governance tools and frameworks and driving the uplift of this across the business community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Enablement & Adoption

· Develop and implement structured change management strategies that support the rollout of data governance frameworks, tools, and analytics capabilities.

· Conduct stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and design engagement strategies tailored to business needs.

· Create adoption roadmaps and success metrics to measure change outcomes.

· Partner with business leaders, data stewards, and data owners to champion data-driven behaviours.

· Identify and address barriers to change adoption through coaching, reinforcement, and targeted interventions.

2. Learning & Capability Development

· Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that build data literacy and governance capability across the organisation.

· Facilitate workshops and learning sessions on topics such as:

· Understanding data governance and stewardship.

· Using data platforms (e.g., Alation, analytics tools).

· Responsible data use and decision-making with data.

· Collaborate with Learning & Development to integrate data capability into enterprise learning frameworks (e-learning, in-person, virtual).

· Establish and grow a network of Data Stewards and Data Champions to promote ongoing data awareness.

· Measure training effectiveness and adapt programs to improve knowledge retention and application.

What you can bring to this role:

  • 5+ years' experience in organisational change management, ideally within data, analytics, or technology transformation programs.
  • Proven success designing and executing change strategies and communications for complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering data literacy training and capability uplift programs across all organisational levels.
  • Strong understanding of data governance concepts (e.g., data quality, metadata, CDEs, data ownership, stewardship) and data literacy concepts.
  • Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as Alation, Collibra, Power BI, or other BI/governance tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
