
Senior Change Manager

Team Global Express is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead transformation across our People systems portfolio, including Workday (HRIS), Payroll systems (aPay preferred but not essential), and Time & Attendance (UKG Pro).
You'll drive strategic change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models. This role is critical in supporting payroll outsourcing, enhancing data governance, and embedding improvements in user experience and compliance.
Please note this is a 18 month fixed term contract.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead change strategies for HRIS, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
- Support payroll outsourcing and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive adoption of new operating models and data governance practices.
- Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and operations to deliver training and communications.
- Ensure front-line staff are informed, supported, and confident in using new systems.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in HR/payroll/time & attendance transformations
- 10+ years' experience in delivering end to end (assess, plan, execute, measure) change management initiatives, including enterprise-wide change or transformation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stream change initiatives
