The role

Based in their Sydney office, they are seeking an Associate to join their high-performing Dispute Resolution team.

You'll work on a wide variety of complex and interesting matters – from public inquiries and competition law to IP, defamation, and regulatory disputes – advising both public and private sector clients.

You'll collaborate closely with a well-respected senior partners and a tight-knit team of talented litigators who foster a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious environment.

About you

You will have 2-5 years PAE with solid generalist litigation experience.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Excellent technical, drafting and research abilities
  • Strong academic background
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
