What You'll Do

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from start to finish
  • Provide empathetic, strategic advice to clients navigating separation, divorce, parenting disputes, and financial settlements
  • Draft court documents, attend hearings, and negotiate settlements
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of lawyers who value integrity, autonomy, and excellence
  • Contribute to thought leadership through articles, webinars, or media appearances (if desired)

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years PAE in family law
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
  • A client-first mindset with emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A genuine passion for helping people through challenging times
  • Take pride in offering a high level of service to clients;
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, including complex matters;
  • The ability to take ownership of the role and make it their own.
