Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for data and customer experience? Stockland is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Insights & Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll help shape how we connect with our customers and make smarter business decisions through data-led insights.

What You'll Be Doing

Turn Data into Strategy

You'll lead the transformation of complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing and customer experience strategies.

Influence Business Planning

Your insights will guide strategic asset and business planning, support senior leadership decisions, and improve customer journey touchpoints.

Own and Evolve Key Tools

Take ownership of our Shopper Segmentation Solution and drive integration of new data sources and platforms into our marketing tech stack.

Be a Trusted Advisor

Partner with Commercial Property and Brand & Communications teams to deliver insights that shape campaigns, customer experience initiatives, and investor communications.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Skills That Count

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, data analytics, commerce or related field

  • 5+ years in a marketing or insights-focused role

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Knowledge of data privacy legislation and marketing strategy

  • Project management experience and ability to write business requirements
