About the Role:

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable & Student Transport Officer. This dual-role position is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions and coordinating the daily operations of the College's student transport services.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal staff, families, suppliers and transport providers to ensure accuracy in financial processes and the delivery of the student transport service within established processes.

The ideal candidate should:

· Have demonstrated experience in accounts payable or financial administration

· Intermediate skills in MS Office including MS Excel

· Experience in computerised systems/processes

· Have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

· Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in data entry and record keeping

· Be capable of coordinating logistics and resolving transport-related issues

· Have a current Blue Card or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing
