About the Role
Be part of the amazing catering team at Borella House in Albury to provide a varied and nutritional food service, which meets the needs of the aged residents within the residential aged care setting.

Your Contribution

  • Assist with the meal preparation and cleaning of designated food areas
  • Provide excellent personalized service to our residents.
  • Distribute meals to residents
  • Assist the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general duties such washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
  • Disposing off rubbish
  • Dining room services.
  • Complete documentation.
  • Exhibit our values of Kindness, Integrity, Connection and Optimism in all interactions
What You Bring
  • Preference for Aged care experience
  • Food Safety Certificate will be required for this role
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Current National Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (or willing to obtain)
