About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Catering Assistant.

The successful applicant will provide healthy and delicious meals to our residents, working under the direction of our Chef/Cook.

This is a permanent position with shifts across a fortnightly roster.

  • Prepare daily meals and beverages that meet individual needs, including special dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Work with care teams to plate and deliver meals, ensuring familiarity with menus and resident needs.
  • Complete cleaning tasks and document resident requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in food preparation and food safety.
  • A working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
