What you'll contribute to
Take the wheel in a high-impact role that drives Toyota's national service strategy forward. As Senior Service Business Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how customers experience our service network-boosting performance, building dealer relationships, and unlocking new revenue streams. You'll be the go-to expert for service market share, customer interactions, and mechanical sales, helping us stay ahead in a rapidly evolving automotive landscape.
This is a max-term, 6-month contract based in Port Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements
How you'll make an impact
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to grow TMCA's service business, including TSA and post-TSA vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders to drive service and mechanical parts sales.
- Monitor performance against targets, provide insights, and recommend countermeasures to optimise results.
- Support internal and external forums, ensuring service strategy and progress are clearly communicated.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver key initiatives, including pricing, reporting, and committee presentations.
- Develop and launch new product offerings that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and minimise risk exposure.

- Proven experience in automotive service or aftersales business
- Strong knowledge of the automotive service industry and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
