About the Role

Are you seeking more than just a job? Join Opticare as a Customer Service Optical Dispenser and start your journey toward becoming a fully qualified Optical Professional.

This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and hands-on technical tasks. You'll receive full in-house training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow into technical, lab-based, or leadership roles within Opticare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice to clients on optical products, lenses, and prescriptions (training provided)
  • Process phone orders and prescriptions with care and accuracy
  • Handle frame tracing, data entry, and job processing tasks
  • Coordinate with lab and dispatch teams to ensure smooth job turnaround
  • Assist with troubleshooting customer queries and improving systems

What We're Looking For
