Your Role: Retail Assistant

This is a key customer-facing role that blends customer service, fashion retail and the optical industry. You'll support customers with eyewear choices and provide advice on frames, lenses, eyewear care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised customer service tailored to each client's needs
  • Assist with frame styling and eyewear selection
  • Provide product knowledge and advice on lens options, coatings, and care
  • Support customers through their eye care journey and prescription needs
  • Ensure store presentation is polished and stock is well-maintained
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service goals
  • Participate in training to stay current with optical innovations and fashion trends

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (essential)
  • Previous Optical experience would be an advantage, but not essential - we provide comprehensive training
  • Friendly, confident, and service-driven - someone who loves connecting with customers
  • Interest in healthcare and luxury fashion
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Flexible to work weekends and peak trade times
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
