Commercial Real Estate Senior Data Analyst

About the Role You'll support major transactions across Build-to-Rent, Student Accommodation, and Land Lease Communities, assisting in financial analysis, feasibility modelling, and marketing strategy for high-profile property assets. This role involves working closely with senior partners and agents on a diverse range of investment and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Development feasibility and financial modelling
- Market research, property analysis, and database management
- Preparing marketing materials, submissions, and presentations
- Supporting the national analyst team with strategic insights
- Maintaining CRM systems and assisting with marketing campaigns
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in property, commerce, or a related field
- 4+ years' experience in commercial real estate or valuations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Estate Master experience highly regarded
