The role requires a seasoned Real Estate Lawyer, ideally with own transferable client base, to combine their expertise, and professional connections, with the firms national clientele. You will be exceptionally positioned to continue to build and grow a stand out legal practice, incorporating your own hard work and contacts into the firm who will match your energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
The role
This role is tailor made for a savvy Senior Associate/Special Counsel or Partner in Real Estate and Property Law. You will be someone who loves to network, to business develop and to win new clients. Most of all, you will be an expert who is passionate about the law and about building a team.
If you have a transportable client base, it will be respected and revered by this firm. The firm is fully committed to supporting you in your career journey. You will be practical and highly commercial with expertise in managing deals while providing excellent legal services across areas such as;

- commercial structuring
- major acquisitions and disposals

- leasing
- body corporate law and
- compulsory land acquisition and compensation
