About The Role
The
Trade Warehouse Operator / Counter Sales role
is a full-time position based at our
Bayswater North, VIC
store. Reporting to the
Store Manager
, this role primarily focuses on warehouse operations, with additional responsibilities in customer service and delivery support as needed.

In This Role You Will

• Perform a range of warehouse operations including stock movements, order picking, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts to load customer vehicles and move stock within the warehouse.
• Handle manual tasks such as lifting and unwrapping products as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation, product labelling, and presentation standards.
• Provide customer service support by attending to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with deliveries when needed.

Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm.

About You

• Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential.
• Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
• Contribute to a constructive and innovative workplace culture
