We're Hiring a Room Leader – Bring Your Creativity to Our Toddler & Nursery Rooms

Are you an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for creating magical learning experiences for little ones?

At Elouera Early Learning, a brand-new boutique 42-place centre in the heart of Caulfield South, we're looking for a Room Leader to guide our Toddler and Nursery rooms.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new centre from the very beginning. If you're ready to commit 100%, be patient as we grow, support new families, and treat the centre as your own, we want you to join our team and be part of the exciting journey of building Elouera's future.

Who We're Looking For

  • A qualified Diploma Educator or Early Childhood Teacher with room leader experience.
  • Someone confident leading a team and guiding daily routines in toddler and nursery spaces.
  • A creative thinker who can plan engaging, out-of-the-box experiences for children.
  • Someone who can share their culture, talents, or passions – music, art, languages, storytelling, or any unique skill that enriches the centre.
  • Patient, dedicated, and committed – able to support new parents and children as the centre establishes routines and grows.
  • Someone ready to give 100% to the centre, treating it as your own and being part of its exciting journey.

Position Details

  • Start as part-time (minimum 3 days per week).
  • Grow into a full-time position from January 2026.
  • Permanent opportunity with room to grow as our centre grows
