We are seeking a motivated and outgoing PART TIME  for the position of  Commercial Cleaning/Site Supervisor - IN THE BRISBANE CBD AREA

Monday to Friday 

2:00PM - 6:00PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

This person will directly report to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners within a key client contract in Brisbane's CBD.

The position will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

The role will involve:

  1. Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract.
  2. Building relationships with our customers and responding to their requirements.
  3. Implementing and managing a successful team around you to achieve contractual KPIs.
  4. Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability.
  5. Client Liaison
  6. Daily Quality Assurance Inspections
  7. Rostering and organising cleaners for the daily cleaning requirements

Skills/Experience Required

The ideal candidate is likely to have experience in managing cleaning service contracts or possess the following skills:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Good project management
  • Basic competence in Microsoft Office software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
