We are a well-established company specialising in the manufacture of rubber and polyurethane rollers, wheels, and parts for a wide variety of industries.

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience in lathe roller grinding to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and operate lathes and precision machining equipment to produce high-quality rubber and polyurethane components

· Interpret engineering and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tooling requirements

· Monitor quality standards throughout production

· Adhere to workplace health and safety protocols

· Maintain a clean and organised work area

· Work independently and within a small team environment

Attributes & Skills

· Proven experience as a machine/lathe operator (roller grinding experience desirable)

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work unsupervised and meet production deadlines

· Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

· Team player with good communication skills

What We Offer

· Permanent full-time position – 38 hours per week

· Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm
