SJT Kustom & Mechanical are a family owned & run "one stop auto shop" in Caboolture South. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Panel Beater who is highly skilled & proficient in all aspects of panel beating & repair procedures to join our restoration team.

Requirements:

  • Certificate Level III in Automotive Body Repairs or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Strong technical skills in panel beating & repair techniques, especially in rust repairs.
  • Must be able to weld to a high level in Mig, Tig & Arc welding.
  • Ability to spray paint panels & vehicles in primer.
  • Exceptional attention to detail & a very high quality of work.
  • Strong work ethic, takes pride in their work & has a commitment to perfection.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet job timeframes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to work unsupervised & as part of a team.
  • Must be computer literate & have ability to complete admin tasks related to the role.
  • Open manual Australian drivers licence essential.
  • Full Australian working rights.

  • This is a permanent full-time position, except for a 3 months' probation period.
  • We can be negotiable on permanent full & part time employment for the right candidate. Working parents can apply.
  • Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm.
