Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and compassionate team member to join our hybrid growth and patient care team.

  • Hybrid Work Model: In-office training in Richmond, followed by ongoing remote work
  • Hours: Fridays: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM in addition to Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility: Casual and part-time roles available (up to 20 hours per week)
  • Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Richmond as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an established patient base and lead generation system.
  • Working Friday evenings, Saturday Sundays to target those out of hours leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and implement a strategic call management system.
  • Nurture and provide exceptional service to our patients, embodying the values of easykind.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, working closely with management.
  • Collaborate in setting and achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Weekly/monthly reporting on sales performance.
  • Provide general administration and operational support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a target-driven environment is a major plus. Experience in healthcare or patient care is desirable but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, CRM tools, and tele-health platforms.

Location: Remote working with availability to attend Richmond via arrangement
