Are you a dental enthusiast with a flair for fostering exceptional patient interactions? We're seeking a proactive Reception/Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant team 4 Days per week in Balcatta.

What You'll Do:

- Extend a warm welcome to patients and ensure their comfort.
- Manage appointments efficiently, handling both phone and in-person inquiries adeptly.
- Assist in maintaining patient records and streamlining front office operations.
- Serve as a reliable resource for patients, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to cultivate a positive work environment.

What You Bring:

- A friendly demeanour and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to uphold smooth appointment scheduling.
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic dental setting.
- Proficiency in dental software and systems.
- Previous dental office experience preferred, but a can-do attitude is paramount
