Medical Receptionist

The role is a **full time position** working Monday to Friday, with 7.6 hour shifts between **8am-5pm**.

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

A strong background in customer service.

Prior experience in Medical Reception is beneficial but not essential as we provide comprehensive training across our systems and radiology.
