Are you a detail-oriented person who loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our small but passionate team in a casual role (starting at ~15-25 hours per week).

Join the team at Uniform Hero We are fast growing Australian owned online store delivering custom uniforms throughout the country. Specialising in sublimation, digital, and embroidery printing for sports clubs, businesses, and community groups. Every day is different – from helping bring designs to life to making sure our operations run smoothly.

The Role

You'll be a vital part of our team, working closely with the business owner and touching all parts of the operation. Your duties will include:

  • Stock Receiving: Receive stock shipments and break down the items into individual orders.
  • Print Preparation: Cut and sort prints for individual orders. Position prints onto garments ready for printing.
  • Printing: Apply prints onto garments using various methods.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Fold and pack orders, apply shipping labels ready to go to a happy customer.
  • Optional: If you have graphic design or artwork skills, there's room to get creative

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable juggling tasks and thinking on your feet
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever need
  • Comfortable with manual work (physical fitness required)
  • Bonus: Experience with graphic design or print production
