- Work Monday to Friday (Weekends off for work life balance)
- Flexible daily hours between 5AM and 5PM
- Full-time, Part-time and Casual roles available

Some of the required functions of this role include (but not limited to):

- Picking, Packing and Production line work
- Preparing ingredients
- Stock rotation
- General housekeeping
- Ensuring compliance to Food Safety & HACCP principles and Company Policies & Procedures
- Continual development of processes and systems to make the quality process more efficient
- Assist implementation and maintenance of the company’s goals, policies & procedures.
- Ensure production and QA records are completed and correctly recorded as required
- Wash room and cleaning duties
- Ensure all Work Health & Safety procedures and policies are followed
- You will have:

- Food processing/manufacturing experience desirable
- Previous experience on a production line or processing environment
- Ability to work proactively with mínimal guidance
- Familiarity with HACCP, Food Standards Code
- The ability to engage with team members in achieving win-win outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Punctuality, Reliability & Honesty

Reporting directly to the Factory Manager. Previous experience in a food production environment an advantage.

Applicants with demonstrated exposure to the Food Manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
