My client is a well known player in the Queensland market, producing luxurious award winning homes. They are client very focused, creating their clients dream homes, building inner-city & greenfilelds, both KDR & new builds.  

My client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their established team of professionals, with builds throughout the Western Corridor - Ipswich/Toowoomba. You will have proven ability to manage up to 15 individual builds simultaneously, project & custom home experience and deliver projects in time, on budget and at the highest quality.  

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience

  • Daily Site Management from commencement to hand over
  • Heavily client focused - exceptional communication & presentation
  • Extensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plans
  • Ensure homes are made of quality standards and within timely manner
  • Coordination of supplies and materials
  • Manage on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies and procedures
  • High level communicator, organised & attention to detail
  • Trade qualified, Carpentry preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years Supervisory experience with Custom or Project Home Builders.
