About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within our growing company. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our projects to success, ensuring accurate cost estimations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage Target Outturn Costs (TOC).
  • Participate in the tendering process, providing expert advice and cost breakdowns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure alignment and understanding of project scopes and costs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of TOC and project cost management.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
