We're on the hunt for a driven Account & Territory Sales Manager to join our team in North Eastern Victoria and help us expand our reach.


The Role

You'll take the wheel on all things sales in your patch. That includes:

  • Managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities (and chasing them down)
  • Locking in short and long-term dry hire agreements
  • Entering key info in the CRM (you know the drill)
  • Coordinating internally to keep everything running smooth
  • Staying across asset specs and capabilities

What You'll Need

  • Sales or BD experience (especially in equipment hire = gold star)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Confidence in quoting and pricing hire opportunities
  • Basic mechanical/technical understanding of civil & road equipment
  • A knack for building trust and long-term relationships
  • Valid car licence (obviously)
