We are seeking dynamic and driven sales professionals to join our Sales team at Shepparton and Canberra.  You may also be looking to kick off your Sales career with us

Responsibilities:

You will provide an engaging and personalised sales experience for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

· Providing exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process

· Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes

· Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our vehicles

· Building long-term business partnerships with our customers.

· Exceeding customer expectations through personalised advice and service.

· Identifying and securing new business through proactive new sales activity

· Achieving sales objectives and maximizing profitability

· Staying up to date on market trends and utilising online sales and marketing tools

· Delivering on team and company goals

Who you are:

To excel in this role, you demonstrate:

· Ability to build a loyal customer base through exceptional service

· A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think analytically and creatively

· Experience in a sales role

· Enthusiasm, excellent listening, and outstanding written and verbal communication

· Proven track record of high performance, ability to learn quickly and teamwork

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

· A passion for delivering and demonstrating professional standards

You may also be starting your sales career and looking to learn from a great team
