Senior Account Manager
, where your success—and the success of those you lead—is at the heart of everything we do.

What does your day to day look like?

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through tailored presentations, proactive client-focused selling, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Proactively prospecting new clients and consistently achieving and exceeding sales and market share targets within your allocated portfolio of Agency clients.
  • Maintaining and growing client portfolios across both Agency and Direct businesses, identifying marketing challenges and collaborating on innovative solutions.
  • Building strong relationships, staying updated on SCA products, and implementing strategic plans to achieve team and individual revenue goals.

What you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage, influence, and lead both clients and team members.
  • Proven experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for clients and the business.
  • 3-5 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
