Better Health Network (BHN) is looking for two passionate Health Promotion Officers to join our dynamic team. You'll work with local communities, councils, and partner organisations to design, deliver and evaluate health promotion projects that improve community health and wellbeing, and drive equity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate health promotion initiatives focused on equitable food environments, movement & active communities, social connections & inclusion, and gender equity & prevention of violence.

  • Build strong partnerships across community, health, and government sectors.

  • Engage diverse communities in designing and delivering projects that improve community health and wellbeing

  • Advocate for systems change that creates healthier, fairer, and more connected communities.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in health promotion, public health, community development, or related field.

  • Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating health promotion projects.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse communities.

  • A passion for equity, systems change, and making a lasting difference.
