Payroll Systems Analyst We're looking for an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to oversee the configuration and ongoing management of a large payroll system, to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing. If you're confident in end-to-end payroll, handling day to day operational requests from the business, and want to hit the ground running within an innovative, forward-thinking organisation - this could be your next move.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll directly to contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of processes and related projects. You'll be the go-to person for all things payroll, working closely with internal stakeholders and supporting a small, hardworking, friendly team.

  • Performing data analysis, calculations and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards.
  • Provide payroll reporting and insights to management.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to resolve an issue.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in payroll systems and administration such as Pay global, SAP, Pronto, ADP, Workday and Chris21.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Payroll, IT, and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Long tenure in the payroll space and a genuine passion for the function
