Who Is Greyfield

Greyfield is a data-driven retail property advisory business. We lease, reposition and manage shopping centres, large format retail, fast-food drive-thrus, fuel assets and childcare centres. 

We manage over $675 million in retail assets and work exclusively with blue-chip, national tenants. 

We're not a typical agency – our founders are specialists in rezoning, law, business building and leasing. 

Now, we're growing our leasing team. 

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Leasing Executive (1-3 years' experience) to work alongside our Head of Leasing. 

This role will put you at the centre of shopping centre leasing, large format retail deals, fast-food and fuel networks, as well as childcare assets. 

You'll learn the Greyfield way: data-led, off-market and no fluff. 

This is a career-building position – for someone who wants to fast-track their leasing career and work on some of the most active deals in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Support and execute leasing strategies for shopping centres and large format retail centres.
  • Work on fast-food, childcare and petrol station deals.
  • Manage tenant relationships and negotiations with national brands.
  • Help reposition centres through smart, data-led leasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with our management and sales teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years' experience in commercial leasing (retail preferred but not essential).
  • A fast learner with strong negotiation instincts.
  • Not afraid to make phone calls.
  • Confident with tenants, landlords and leasing numbers.
  • Excited to build a career in a non-traditional high-growth real estate business.
