Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated property professional to join our high-performing team based in our Parramatta office. This role presents itself as a great opportunity for an experienced commercial or residential sales executive looking to transition their career into a commercial sales-focused role.

You will work alongside successful and experienced operators to maximise your income, build market share, and become a dominant player in this space.

Already equipped with commercial sales and/or leasing knowledge, we will provide you with the scope, autonomy, and development to show your professional value, supporting you with comprehensive tools and infrastructure available in the industry.

As an agent in our business, you will be responsible for the sale of commercial properties across the Sydney Western Corridor. You'll develop a wide network of professional contacts and ensure that long-term relationships are maintained while new business is continually developed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to sell commercial properties across the Sydney Western Corridor
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A real estate license
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry
  • Property analytical skills
  • Understanding of Hindi, Mandarin, or Cantonese (highly desirable)
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially astute mindset
  • Strong work ethic and passion to succeed
  • Confident, driven, and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-focused environment
