Knox Grammar School is an independent, multi-campus Kindergarten to Year 12 day and boarding school for boys, located at Wahroonga on Sydney's North Shore. In addition to the single-sex campuses, Knox also operates Wahroonga Preparatory School, a co-educational campus for students Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our go-to UKG expert, you'll be at the heart of our People and Culture transformation, administering MyKnox (our HRIS powered by UKG) and other critical systems while supporting our team and employees with technical expertise and training.
This role positions you as our go-to UKG expert leading day-to-day system administration, supporting ongoing HRIS implementation with various teams, troubleshooting issues, and training users across the school. You'll effectively support Knox's operations while building system capability across our organisation. This position is offered on a part time fixed term basis working four days per week.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- UKG Ready experience preferred with strong HRIS administration background
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and database management
- HR processes knowledge with understanding of labour legislation and data protection
- Partnership mindset - especially with Payroll and Finance teams
- Multi-tasking ability with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Valid Working with Children Check and commitment to child safety
