The opportunity to drive and deliver Paid Activity in-house, for a major Consumer business & household name, across all major channels, as well as supporting in the launch of new channels. Working alongside some of the brightest minds in Digital, offering incredible mentorship, in a high-performance team, with exposure to the full Customer Journey.

The Role:

This role will take ownership of developing and executing the Performance strategy across all channels, with a particularly strong focus on Meta, as well Google and eventually TikTok and YouTube.

Reporting to the Performance Manager, you'll also work side by side with Marketing, Brand, Creative, eCommerce & CRM teams to drive best-in-class customer engagement and new customer acquisition.

You'll use your hands-on-the tools experience to continue to drive solid success & awareness, as well as expand into new channels & make really strong impact for a leading brand that's #1 in their category.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in Paid & Performance Marketing, with Agency-side experience being highly advantageous, as well as exposure to working across Consumer, Retail & Lifestyle brands
  • Hands-on knowledge of executing and delivering campaigns, particularly within Meta & Google with TikTok & YouTube being a massive plus
  • A track record in delivering & scaling Paid channels and experience with reporting tools & presenting insights
  • Experience with presenting to Senior Leaders and stakeholders would be hugely advantageous, leveraging insights & data to drive decision making
  • The ability to work highly cross-functionally across Marketing, Brand, Creative & eCommerce teams and a strong understanding of the full customer journey
