*About the role*
The role of the Public Space Liaison Officer, (PSLO) is to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to reduce homelessness and its impact in Sydney.
PSLO's engage with people occupying public space who are homeless or at risk or homelessness to link them with services and pathways to exit homelessness, while improving amenity of public space for all.
The role is physically demanding, requiring daily foot patrols across the city in all weather conditions, cleaning public areas, and lifting as part of routine duties. You will work both independently and as part of a rotating roster, with flexible availability for early mornings and regular weekend shifts.
