Job Description

The role of Coordinator is pivotal in overseeing and managing cleansing activities across our community. This includes ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of public spaces, reporting to a Manager.

  • Supervising and coordinating daily cleansing operations, including street sweeping, litter collection, and public toilet maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize cleansing efficiency and meet service level targets.
  • Conducting regular inspections of public spaces to assess cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate special events and initiatives requiring cleansing support.
  • Managing the procurement of cleansing equipment and supplies within budgetary constraints.
  • Providing leadership and support to cleansing staff, including training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Liaising with residents and stakeholders to address cleansing-related concerns and promote community engagement.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced leader who possesses high-level knowledge and experience in WHS relating to operational environments and heavy vehicles. Strong leadership skills are essential.
