About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Team Assistant to support our Superannuation division. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to build administrative capability in a professional services environment, with mentoring from experienced leaders and exposure to a specialised client base.
You'll be part of a team that delivers accounting and tax compliance services for self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), helping clients make informed decisions and maximise their retirement outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and formatting documents, correspondence, and client packs
- Managing inbound communications and assisting with client service delivery
- Maintaining client databases and assisting with ATO portal updates
- Supporting proposal preparation and compliance lodgements
- Assisting with scanning, filing, and document uploads
- Coordinating team workflow and assisting with travel and event arrangements
- Providing ad-hoc support across the division as required

While Previous administration experience (especially in professional services) will be highly regarded, it is not essential.
Relevant skills
This role is well suited for candidates pursuing or having completed a certificate in administration or expressing interest in an administration career.

- Prior experience in an administrative or support role (preferred but not essential)
