We are looking for a motivated person to join our practice in the position of Junior Dental Assistant. No experience is required for the position. All training will be provided with our experienced and helpful staff. We have an excellent team at JB Prosthodontics with many years of experience in dental practice. We are a smaller non corporate practice with 10 staff members in Brisbane city. If you are looking for a change in direction and are keen to develop your skills in an area with excellent career prospects this may be the position for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the clinicians during various dental procedures.
  • Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment.
  • scanning X-rays, digital impressions, and helping with patient management.
  • Keeping patient records updated and organized.

What We're Looking For:

  • A motivated and confident person keen to learn new skills.
  • Previous experience in a dental setting is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person.
  • Strong communication skills
  • An eye for detail, patience, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
