Are you an experienced and driven Sales Professional with a passion for the construction and heavy equipment industry? Join our expanding team in Shepparton as we open our brand-new, purpose-built facility to better serve our valued customers.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our heavy equipment sales across the Goulburn Valley region. You'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and representing leading equipment brands with pride and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Promote and sell a range of heavy equipment, machinery and attachments
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Work closely with service and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth during our expansion phase

About You

  • Proven experience in equipment, machinery, or automotive sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Knowledge of the construction or agricultural equipment market is preferred
  • Current driver's licence required
