- Support participants to engage in recreational activities, community outings, and educational pursuits, promoting their inclusion and participation.
- Provide personal care assistance as required, respecting the dignity and privacy of the participant.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, if required and appropriately delegated.
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with families, carers, and other members of the participant's support network.

- Actively promote and maintain a child-safe environment in line with the NSW Child Safe Standards, ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of all young participants.
- Comply with all relevant Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, participants, and others.
