Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd (Alpha Omega Aged Care and Disability Services) is an approved NDIS and Home Care Service Provider. We are currently hiring support workers in in-home disability service in a casual basis.

Location: Penrith and surrounding areas.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Assisting with daily care for clients at their home including showering, changing clothes, brushing their teeth, etc.
- Performing housekeeping including domestic cleaning, laundry, food preparation.
- Transporting and accompanying clients when required.
- Social support to improve clients’ wellbeing and independence.
- Perform administrative duties such as always clocking in/out after each shift, making incident reports, and entering shift notes on the rostering app.
- Attend company training and meetings as required.
- Strictly adhere to compliance requirements in accordance with the NDIS standard practices.

**About you**
- Confident and calm manner.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to adapt** **communication skills to each client you work with.
- Empathy toward vulnerable clients.
- Current valid police check.
- Punctuality and compliance.

Desirable Qualification and criteria:

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or equivalent or higher.
- Can drive and access to a vehicle is desirable.
