Our solutions are designed to improve the sustainability and operational efficiency of veterinary hospitals while delivering better health outcomes for pets.

This role requires highly organised sales and marketing skills to help increase product awareness and drive growth within the veterinary industry. As an essential part of our customer acquisition process, you will have a direct impact on expanding our reach to veterinary hospitals. You will work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to engage target veterinary practices, develop marketing campaigns, and implement sales operations that drive platform adoption.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Promote existing brands and new features to the market via a number of channels including social media and email marketing
  • Work alongside the Company veterinary team to develop sales and marketing plans and opportunities
  • Implement sales plans and strategies
  • Contact prospects by phone and schedule demos
  • Perform online product demos
  • Build and maintain relationships with veterinary clients to optimise customer retention
  • Stay current in the industry
  • Achieve monthly KPIs

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a similar sales or marketing or veterinary role
  • Experience across digital marketing (desirable)
  • Understanding of maintaining customer data via a CRM
  • Tertiary education in marketing or business or IT (highly regarded)
  • Strong send of urgency and ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Effective communications skills
  • Knowledge or experience of the veterinary industry
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
