This is a sales support role. We are a busy and rapidly expanding caravan Sales and repair yard in Rockingham and looking to expand on the team we already have in place.

We have a passion for great customer experience and looking for the right person to join the ranks in Australia's most awarded and trusted RV brand.

In this role you will be the critical link between sales, workshop, management and of course the customer.

The role is simple but requires excellent coordination, organization, team work and work ethic. This is a busy role but not a hard one and you are given full support from the rest of the team.

Once a caravan is sold the sale support staff organize the following steps

  • Take care of all associated paper work
  • Coordinate other departments (cleaners, Pre Delivery Team, Detailers, Licensing, parts team, sales team).
  • Liaise with the customer and organize their handover.

Once the following is organized it is time to do the handover. This is a detailed showing of the caravan where we taking the customer through the features of the caravan and show them how to use it all and then hitch them up. This will require training but all this is provided. Caravan experience is not necessary but definitely an advantage.

This is a very well paying job for an organized person. There is a good base salary plus generous commission on every handover, plus commission on aftercare products sold. The right person will earn circa $165k

The role is full time Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm with the very occasional weekend work required.
