WA PCYC is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at Rockingham and we would love to hear from you

About us:

PCYC is WA's leading youth organisation working with the WA Police Force and the community to empower children and young people to reach their potential. This all happens from our 16 centres located from Albany in the South to Kununurra in the North-West.

Position Overview:As a Centre Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the Centre, creating a welcoming, vibrant and fun atmosphere. You will manage the manage the day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service for anyone using our services. You will also coordinate/Schedule recreational programs, assist with facilities/ asset management and contribute to marketing/promotion.

About you:

  • Experience in sport and leisure, Customer Service, venue management and/or Club/Centre management.
  • Ability to analyse, develop and grow PCYC's sports and recreational programs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including parents, colleagues and local community members.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale platforms or a willingness to learn and administer Point-of-Sale/Cash management systems.
  • Possess or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Graduate – We will also consider applications from recent Sports Science/Management or Business graduates. You will need some workforce experience and a desire to undergo initial training.
