We are seeking an enthusiastic, cheerful and well-presented Full-Time Receptionist for our business. While experience is valued we are open to offering a entry level opportunity to the right candidate.

Skills and experiences

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Good organisation skills and be able to prioritise daily tasks
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, flexible and reliable.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Previous experience in a receptionist position is good but not necessary.

Job tasks

· Answer phone and obtain purpose of call / direct to correct staff member

· Take messages in detailed & thoughtful manner

· Administration. This includes:

o   Posting & emailing sensitive documents to clients

o   Sending documents for signature using PDF manager and DocuSign

o   Filing both documents – electronic and hard copies

o   Scanning and filing work papers

· Engaging with the ATO.

o   Use of ATO portal

o   Maintaining ATO correspondence checklist

o   Following up client matters

· Updating company's digital platforms

o    Social media and internet skills

o   Maintain phone message system and website updates

o   Email newsletters etc to clients

· Simple computer processing and data entry
