About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their central Project Management team. This is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, varying in size and complexity. You'll collaborate across functions including Engineering and Operations, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Provide comprehensive project management services across multiple programs.

• Prepare and present reports for internal governance and external stakeholders.

• Maintain project documentation, SharePoint sites, and pipeline registers.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to system enhancements.

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and team coordination activities.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project nominations.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to Zero Harm initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project management, including external stakeholder engagement.

• Strong background in end-to-end project delivery and governance.

• Familiarity with project management systems; experience with MAXIMO is desirable.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.

• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and risk/opportunity identification.

• Understanding of project management principles and documentation practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Project Management or equivalent professional experience.

• Current Class C Driving Licence.

• Willingness to undertake safety-critical and technical training as required.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment.
