At Woodfrog Bakery we are proud of creating incredible artisan sourdoughs, specialty breads and pastries that are baked fresh daily and shared with our growing number of customers across Melbourne.

With multiple new stores set to open, the next 6 to 18 months will be an exciting period of transformation and growth—making this the perfect time to join Woodfrog Bakery

As an Area Manager you will lead 10 to 12 stores ranging from CBD to North-East Melbourne.

To be successful in this position you would need to:

  • Have an open and growth-oriented mindset, and a willingness to be hands-on

  • Lead with energy, positivity, and a coaching style that inspires your team

  • Be accountable and driven to own outcomes across your region

  • Role model our vision and values every day

  • Bring experience as a multi-site leader (company owned), high-performing store manager, or a senior department manager in a Big Box environment (e.g. supermarkets)

  • Be exceptionally organised, so that you can effectively & consistently execute on brand direction

  • Deliver a consistently engaging customer experience

  • Deliver consistently against KPIs and a balanced scorecard
